Garlic bread if you like! OK: For the sauce: Heat oil in sauce pan, add onion, red pepper, and green pepper. In another pan, heat another tbsp olive oil and add other half of onion--these will be for your meatballs. Cook for 3-5 minuites or until translucent. Remove onions for meatballs from pan and let cool. Continue cooking other vegetable mixture, add mushrooms, garlic and black olives. Cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add diced tomato, spaghetti sauce, and water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, then add spices. Continue to simmer on low heat. For meatballs: Prehead oven to 425. Combine turkey, cooled onion, garlic, parmesan, and spices. Add breadcrumbs or crackers. Make into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Spray bottom ...
