This is my first video I have ever posted and I wanted to take everyone with me on my journey to lose weight. I currently weigh 140lbs. at 5'2" and my goal weight is 125lbs. My highest weight was 165lbs. and I dropped 25lbs by switching from Coca Cola to Diet Coke then I switched to nothing but WATER! I aslo used Slim Fast for breakfast and luch with snacks in between. I don't eat any later than 7pm and I try to execise after dinner. I started jogging about 3 - 5 miles anytime I had the chance which averaged out to be about 3-4 times per week. Also when I jogged, I wear a sauna suit to help me sweat. Try to keep the comments nice but I understand everyone is entitled to his/her opinions and I do accept critizism, its just makes me work harder towards my goal! :)
